Willowbrook Farm and Willowbrook Equestrian is serious about supporting local riders and horses.

We currently offer DIY horse livery in 3 large stables with high quality Equimat rubber matting, automatic water drinkers and individual turn out paddocks.

We also host horse events at Willowbrook Farm during the summer months and sponsor a new upcoming young rider each year. The picture left shows Louise Crutcher from Dorset riding Monty, who we sponsored during 2005.

Feed Prices

1. Make sure that your horse is wormed regularly, ideally all horses on a yard should be wormed at the same time particularly if they are sharing the grazing.
2. Pooh pick fields regularly, this will help reduce the amount of stale pasture there is and increase available grazing. I hate doing it just as much as anyone but it is worthwhile.
3. Have your horses teeth checked regularly, rough edges on the teeth can mean that your horse doesnt get the best from its feed.
4. Buy nuts/cubes or pencils. These feeds may not look as appealing as the mixes but you can usually save yourself about £1.00 per bag.
